- Software Use License: Upon purchase, Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our EA for personal and individual trading purposes. The EA cannot be resold, transferred, or used by others. User Responsibilities: Users are fully responsible for managing their own money, setting up the EA on their trading accounts, and configuring the EA settings to their preferences. Brokers: Users must register with one of the supported brokers through our IB account. Use of unapproved brokers may void the license.
- Payments and Licensing Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee is required for initial access to the EA. Quarterly License Fee: The EA will only function if the User holds a valid license. Licenses are issued on a quarterly basis, subject to timely fee payment. Non-Payment: If a User fails to pay the license renewal fee, access to the EA will be disabled, and any trading activities using the EA will be halted until payment is made.
- Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the EA license has been issued and used.
- Disclaimer of Liability Performance: The Company does not guarantee any specific results or performance from using the EA. Historical returns do not predict future performance. Risk: Users acknowledge that trading involves risks, and losses may exceed their initial investment. Users are fully responsible for any losses incurred while using the EA. Third-Party Brokers: We are not responsible for any disputes or issues that arise with third-party brokers, including delays in execution or withdrawal issues.
- Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the EA for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or misuse of the software.
- Amendments We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the EA after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
